This 8 month course unites our soul and energetic body with our physical body. Dance becomes the container for a sensual spiritual transformation. This community process orients us within a collective transformation towards LOVE consciousness. We integrate our spiritual, sexual, primal, tribal, ancestral selves within our bodies now.
IS THIS CLASS FOR ME?
If you are a professional dancer or have intensively studied a dance form for the past 5 years, this class will meet you at your growing edge as a mover. Experience with improv and contact improv will enhance your journey. If you have a meditation practice, study energy awareness, are on a shamanic or tantric path, then this is your class! Come meet your tribe. (All genders welcome.)
BENEFITS:
1. Connect to yourself as a spiritual sexual being in this body, mind, and soul
2. Rejuvenate the heart, sexual organs, and psyche
3. Play in freeing and passionate self-exploration
4. Experience deep companionship in your journey
