Spiritual and Sexual Arts Training
Zahava ventured into the spiritual and sexual arts studying Sexual Shamanism with sexologist and SunDancer, Kenneth Ray Stubbs, Ph.D. She earned her teaching certification and apprenticed in Anusara yoga for birth with Mary Barnes. She studied Earth based Spirituality and community ritual with Starhawk. She has trained in Sacred Activism leadership with Seane Corn, Hala Kouri, and Suzanne Sterling, of Off the Mat, the Chakra system with Anodea Judith, and seven years in the Dancemeditation Sufi community with Dunya. She studied the intimate arts with Sheri Winston, the pelvic floor with Virginia Reath, and Energy Awareness with Teeni Dakini from the Twisted Hairs tradition and the bioenergetics of William Reich. Zahava and her mom have studied Healing Rage together with Ruth King. She has also shared years of trainings and beloved friendships with tantric pioneers and sensuality shamans including Kiana Love, Rev. Goddess Charmaine, Isis Phoenix, Cindy Highfield, Laurie Handlers, Anton Diaz, and Om Rupani.
