The Roots of a Somatic Visionary
Zahava envisions a love conscious future and engages the body to create the inner experience that will manifest the intended future. She uses breath, body awareness, dance, visualization, tantra, community ritual, archetypal stories, and belief restructuring to bring the Soul Body fully into the Earth Body so we may be who we need to be for the evolution of love, trust, and passion. This evolution transcends socially defined fields of consciousness such as: gender, relationship paradigms, race, and class.
Within each of these incredible dance makings, Zahava began to track and compare the essence of the movement, the energy structures in the form and in the teaching style, the rhythmic relationship to time, the relationship to the Earth and gravity, the relationship to form and intuition, the language of anatomy for the human body and soul, and the core values and dynamics of the community. Dance became her sacred pass into many communities who did not share her verbal language. She would not understand until later that dance gave her the ability to access shamanic states. But she was deeply moved by the incredible trust and celebration extended to her from these diverse dance communities that gifted her as a soul keeper of these dance lineages.
